Cask Marque
We are very proud to have achieved Cask Marque. Cask Marque was formed in 1998 to assess beer quality and ensure standards are driven and maintained through a team of assessors that carry out surprise visits, at least twice a year. During the visit, assessors check all the cask ales on sale for temperature, taste, appearance and aroma. All the beers must reach the required standard in order for the establishment to pass and be awarded the Cask Marque accreditation.
We stock a wide range of local real ales, alongside premium draught and soft drink options. Our wine list is tailored to the Club, and sourced through local wine suppliers, Peter Graham Wines.
Catering
Resident caterer Henri Paul and his team have been at Royal Cromer since 2008. Henri has a reputation for fine food in the area, having run his own restaurant for 10 years.
Ingredients are sourced locally, with the crab salad being a particular favourite with visitors.
